3D Model Collection

Here I have a collection of all the 3D models I have created, some of which I created in my spare time and others are projects that I created in college. I want to follow programming as my career path however I do enjoy 3D modelling and I'm proud of the models you see below and want to share them.

This one is a potion bottle and it is one of the first models I created in college under the guidance of my tutor, it was my first attempt at anything in the world of 3D modelling and it taught me a lot about the craft. I made this model in Maya 2018 over the course of a few lessons and I then textured it all in Photoshop.

Personal Sword Project

This was a 3D model I created in my own time that only took me a few hours and is very low poly and simple but it was my first time really experimenting with substance painter, I was happy with what I did and it was a good bit of practice for me to help get to grips with a new program

Personal Anchor Project

So I created this model when working on a nautical project at college but this model wasn't part of that project but rather was inspired by it. I modeled it in Maya 2018 as I have done with all my previous models and I textured it using substance painter and I think my skills with substance had greatly improved in this design over my previous work

College Victorian Dagger Project

I made this model in college as part of our tutorial sessions and it was the first high poly 3D model that I had made and it was also textured in substance painter and this is where I feel I really stepped up my skills at texturing models in substance as I started adding finer details like the engravings on the hilt and cross guard and the wear on the wooden handle and its details like this that really help ground a model in reality and make it feel more like an actual object that you could use

College Revolver Summer Project

I created this model over the summer of 2019 using Maya 2018 and it took me about six hours to complete, I was modeling from a reference image that was provided, The only part of this model that gave me trouble was getting a the right design on the cylinder but other than that it was quite easy to follow. Unwrapping this model took sometime as I hadn't unwrapped something this complicated by myself before but I got it done and I am looking to texture it in the near future
